  • Exchanges or store credits are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, except SALE items and accessories, which are final sale.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Telessa Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
