Thank you for shopping with Telessa Boutique. We value your trust and want you to love every piece you purchase from us. Because many of our items are limited edition or handmade, we follow specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure fairness and quality control.
1. General Return Policy

All returns are eligible for store credit only.
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. -
Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With tags attached and packaging intact

Free of stains, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry and accessories

Bodysuits, intimates, or swimwear

Gift cards

Items marked as “limited edition” or “final sale” on the website
3. Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping fees).

You’ll receive an email notification with your credit code, which can be applied to any future purchase online or in-store.

Store credits do not expire.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if the desired size or color is available.

If unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

To start an exchange, please email us at telessaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at telessaboutique@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will replace the item if stock is available or issue a store credit if not.
6. In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in our physical boutique in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico are subject to the same 7-day exchange or store credit policy.

You must present your original receipt at the time of return or exchange.
