Thank you for shopping with Telessa Boutique. We take great pride in providing a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers in Puerto Rico and the United States.
Please review the following details regarding shipping, delivery, and processing times.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, live events, holidays), processing may take a little longer.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the continental United States.

  • Local in-store pickup is available at our Quebradillas, PR boutique — simply select “Pickup” at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, total weight, and selected carrier.

  • Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping promotions, when applicable.

  • All rates are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).


4. Delivery Time Estimates

Puerto Rico 2–5 business days
United States (mainland) 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Telessa Boutique is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal or courier service.

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

  • We will gladly assist you with documentation to help with the process.


7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
